Hey, I’m your coach, Dan!
I like to think I have a pretty logical approach to fitness and nutrition. Making things that can often be very complicated to understand, perhaps in their scientific form, quite easy to get your head around. Giving you the information you need to know to keep yourself fit and healthy on your own terms for a lifetime without over complicating.
No nutrition plans, I don’t deal in “good” and “bad”, I deal in actions and their results and owning these. I want to inspire confidence, I promote happiness and positivity, I want to help you be accountable to yourself.
I started training with Dan in July 2018 with a very clear 120lb weight loss aim in my head. Like with previous attempts to lose weight I assumed that I needed to achieve that figure as quickly as possible...with [Dan's] phenomenal energy and passion he teaches you to try new things and to 'keep on going' until you fall in love with the lifestyle. The calorie deficit for weight loss principle becomes second nature to you.

Before working with Dan I hadn’t been to a gym in 3 years, I was overweight and had absolutely no confidence in the gym at all. But Dan has taught me so much and made me feel confident enough to go into the gym on my own and use the weights and the machines.
He is supportive and tailors the work outs to your abilities and will make sure he pushes you in a way to get the best out of you where you feel like you have really achiveved something.
